Mining Fixed Plant Operator – FIFO from Adelaide | $50/hr | 8:6 Roster

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Process Plant Operator to join our team for a 3-month FIFO assignment from Adelaide, with the potential for ongoing work. This is a 8:6 roster, working 12-hour shifts, ideally suited to someone who thrives in small teams and takes pride in their work.

$50/hr D/S - $56/hr N/S + super

FIFO from Adelaide – all flights and camp accommodation provided

12-hour Shifts | 8:6 roster | Immediate start

Only applicants from South Australia will be considered

To be considered, you must have:

  • A current Driver's Licence
  • A valid Forklift Licence
  • A Backhoe Ticket
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
  • A current (or able to obtain) National Police Clearance

Desirable Tickets (but not essential):

  • A Telehandler Ticket

The following will be looked upon favourably:

  • Experience in process plant operations, ideally within a mining environment
  • Certificate III in Process Plant Operations or equivalent
  • A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to work well in a small crew
  • A high level of initiative – we want people who see what needs doing and get it done
  • Willingness to take ownership – "that's not my job" doesn't fly here
