Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and deployment of audio-visual (AV) systems across multiple project sites. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with strong AV technical expertise who thrives in leading teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating AV installation activities across multiple project sites. They will lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate AV installation activities across multiple project sites.

  • Provide hands-on technical expertise in AV system setup, wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.


About You
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as an AV Site Supervisor. A strong understanding of AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX) and conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms) is essential. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans is also required. Hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience is desirable.

Requirements
  • Current Driver's License + Construction White Card.
  • Proven experience as an AV Site Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX).
  • Conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience.
