Commercial Contract Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-end fit out and refurbishment projects in Sydney's CBD and surrounding business hubs.

We are looking for a driven Commercial Contract Specialist with experience in commercial construction or fit out industry. Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of fast-paced projects valued between $5M-$20M across Sydney's CBD and surrounding business hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and prepare subcontractor procurement and contract documentation to ensure smooth project execution

  • Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and variations to meet project timelines and objectives

  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements

  • Assist in managing progress claims, reporting, and final accounts to ensure accurate financial management

  • Contribute to project planning and program reviews to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Commercial Contract Specialist in commercial construction or fit out industry

  • Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and financial management principles

  • Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Procore, Jobpac, or similar construction management software
