Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team at MAX Solutions. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering online training and face-to-face training in various qualifications, including Individual Support, Allied Health, Aged Care, and Community Services.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality training to students in a minimum of a Cert II and Cert III level.
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our training goals.

About You:

  • You must hold a current up-to-date TAE40116 qualification, including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B.
  • You must have a minimum Cert III in Business, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • You must be a driven, supportive, and community-minded person who can work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning.
  • You must have experience in delivering work-ready skills and digital literacy training.
  • You must have excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within a vocational area.
  • You must have relevant qualifications and industry currency.
