Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team at MAX Solutions. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students in various qualifications, including Individual Support, Allied Health, Aged Care, and Community Services.

About the Role:

  • Deliver online and face-to-face training sessions to students in a minimum of Cert II and Cert III qualifications.
  • Develop and implement training programs that cater to the needs of students and the industry.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the training team to achieve training and assessment goals.
  • Participate in professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current up-to-date TAE40116 qualification, including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B.
  • Minimum Cert III in Business, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • Experience in delivering work-ready skills and digital literacy training.
  • Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within the vocational area.
  • Relevant qualifications and industry currency.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple site locations.
