They are in search of a skilled Supervisor to enhance their Maintenance division, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution of routine and cyclical maintenance as well as resilience projects, all while adhering to program and budgetary constraints. This role encompasses tasks such as patching, improvements to carriageways and footways, surface treatments, and enhancements to vehicle restraint systems and street furniture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee assigned projects within the established work schedule.
  2. Guarantee that initiatives are planned and executed safely, punctually, and within budget, in accordance with the Works Information.
  3. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and CDM standards.
  4. Manage Supply Chain Partners' Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and COSHH documentation for all designated projects.
  5. Conduct site inductions, emphasizing Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Procedures consistently.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Possession of SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  2. Holding an NRSWA supervisor card.
  3. Demonstrated experience in Highway Maintenance at a supervisory capacity.
  4. Valid UK Driving Licence.
  5. Willingness to work overtime and potential night shifts.
