Responsibilities
  • Drive day-to-day management and implementation of processes and methodologies.
  • Fulfil a critical role at the organisation, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to manage project workloads.
  • Contribute to high-quality outcomes for residents and families through quality project management.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders for future growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management (aged care/health highly preferable) or other regulated environments.
  • Strong ability to work in teams and individually to achieve set project-focused outcomes.
  • Proven track record in managing large scale complex projects across diverse disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
