As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our holiday park. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to assist with the upkeep of our grounds and ensure our guests have an outstanding experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and landscaping all grounds, including grass, hedges, gardens, and play areas.
  • Cleaning public areas, ensuring they remain tidy and welcoming.
  • Performing minor repairs to holiday accommodations, including plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrics.
  • Assisting with siting and de-siting caravans and lodges.
  • Operating and maintaining tools, mowers, and other equipment safely.
  • Maintaining paths, patios, and decking areas.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a groundskeeping or maintenance role (or a willingness to learn).
  • Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, and landscaping.
  • A valid driving license (essential).
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
  • The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Experience in caravan siting is desirable but not essential.

This is a varied role that requires flexibility and adaptability. Hours are dependent on arrivals and departures each week.
