Job Overview

We are seeking a charismatic individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible, good under pressure, and able to work with or without supervision. They must be able to communicate professionally and effectively, as well as be open to feedback and differing opinions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers by name and respond promptly to correspondence and problem resolution.
  • Develop a rapport with the customer base and assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office.
  • Help direct traffic and promote good customer relations.

Requirements:

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

This role requires working in various weather conditions - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. - and lifting, pushing, and pulling at least 10 pounds frequently throughout a shift.
