Charterhouse Medical is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Professional to join our team as a Principal House Officer/Registrar in Emergency Medicine at our regional hospital in Bundaberg.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in a dynamic team environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our hospital's services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
- Contribute to the education and training of junior medical staff
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital services
Requirements
- General, Provisional or limited registration with AHPRA or eligible to obtain
- IMG's completing UK Foundation Programme
- IMG's that have completed at least the AMC MCQ (part 1) or completed both AMC 1 & 2 (clinical exam)
- IMG's eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada or Ireland)
- IMG's assessed by RACP College as partially or substantially comparable
- IMG's interested in foreign training via the Short Term training specialist pathway (STT)
- Have experience working as a General Medicine Registrar
