Job Title: Education Solutions Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Education Solutions Manager to join our team at Oracle. As an Education Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving our objective of providing comprehensive instructional programs to ensure our customers, partners, and employees have the knowledge to achieve the highest level of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete offerings and capabilities of NetSuite Education Services
  • Assist Sales teams to provide innovative training solutions to prospects and customers
  • Enable Sales teams to understand the NetSuite Education Services offerings and selling strategy
  • Work with all Direct Sales groups to promote the value of Training to new prospects, becoming part of the Sales Team to scope training and close deals
  • Work with PS Sales and Solutioning teams to scope training engagements for new customers
  • Position and sell EUT, PTT courses, and User Adoption services with new prospects
  • Create change orders as necessary for in-flight projects to ensure a tailored training fit
  • Team with Sales Enablement to ensure that all new sales reps understand the value of Education Services, the overall content of the Training courses and products, and how to position Education Services with their target audiences

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferably in Training solutions and proven ability to continually achieve and exceed assigned goals
  • Strong sales and marketing skills: needs analysis, positioning, and business justification and closing
  • Exceptional skills designing, managing, and presenting educational solutions (including eLearning and custom content), articulating value propositions, negotiating project specifics, and evangelizing Education Services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP, Accounting and CRM
  • Ability to drive value with the customer by upselling services
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple demands
  • Highly adaptable and open to change in order to best serve the needs of the business
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills for the purpose of contract and documentation development
  • Experience with cloud software implementations
