Job Role: Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and efficient maintenance services across multiple locations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Work autonomously to anticipate and resolve issues, preventing critical breakdowns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and develop strong partnerships.
  • Participate in an on-call roster and respond to reactive maintenance work.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician essential.
  • Valid Driver's Licence required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous commercial or retail experience preferred, especially multi-site management.
  • Working with Children Check necessary.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. You will work to maintain high standards, provide outstanding customer service, and build strong relationships with our clients.

The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who is comfortable working independently to deliver timely outcomes. They will be skilled at anticipating and resolving issues, preventing critical breakdowns, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
