The Role

We are seeking a qualified high-performance maintenance technician to join our team in Victoria, Australia. If you have hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

  • Maintain and repair complex machinery and equipment
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues
  • Schedule maintenance activities to meet production targets and optimize resource utilization

You will have:

  • A mechanical trade qualification (essential) and relevant certifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of occupational health and safety policies and legislation
  • Experience with production and maintenance key performance indicators, including planned preventative maintenance programs
  • Proficient computing skills; experience with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively communicate
  • Over 2 years of industry experience, including working with manufacturing and maintenance teams
  • Current valid driver's license and forklift license
  • Boiler license an asset but not essential
