Together with our wider maintenance community, this role will focus our efforts to ensure we're striving for increased reliability and effectiveness across our growing technical workforce and fleet of automated sortation systems.
About Your Role
As the Manager, Maintenance Performance, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic frameworks for maintenance planning, compliance, and continuous improvement across Network Operations.
You will lead cross-functional projects aimed at uplifting maintenance standards, driving change, and enhancing asset performance.
This role is open to applicants in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
You'll also need
Proven experience in leading maintenance performance and improvement programs in automated environments, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or technology environment.
Strong industry knowledge of regulations and standards related to plant and equipment, including Federal Government's Security of Critical Infrastructure Act, Management of Plant Code of Practice, and other regulatory requirements and best-practice guidelines.
Proficiency in maintenance management software (SAP and/or MEX preferred) and compliance tracking tools.
Experience in leading cross-functional projects focused on maintenance transformation, planning optimisation, and continuous improvement.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
