About the Role
- Drive profitable growth by meeting financial KPIs related to production, profitability, and expenses, including new business conversion, target loss ratios, and retention rates.
- Foster professional and productive relationships with Brokers and Stakeholders.
- Prepare quotes, renewals, and endorsements in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
- Support Junior Underwriters in their development.
- Engage in process and procedure enhancements.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Lines Underwriting or Broking, particularly in Professional Indemnity.
- Preferably possess a background in an Underwriting Agency.
- Established market relationships with intermediaries.
- Strong technical expertise in the field.
- Proven success in managing and nurturing broker relationships.
- Ability to cultivate a culture of service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in collaboration and engagement.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
