Category Buying Specialist Role

We are seeking an accomplished Category Buyer to join our commercial team.

This role is pivotal in shaping the women's trend category, curating a selection that reflects the latest trends and meets customer needs.

About the Position
  • Develop strategic initiatives and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and assist in selection and deactivation processes.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for contracts with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
About You…
  • Previous experience as a Buyer in high-volume business.
  • Proficient in Excel reporting (including pivot tables and v-lookups).
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player embodying our principles.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive business growth while maintaining effective relationships with vendors.
