
Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Quality Control (QC) Administrator is to oversee project-specific indexes and registers, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards. This involves setting up and reviewing MDR indexes, consolidating Alltype Weld traceability data, and reviewing PMDRs for accuracy.
- Establishing effective processes to reduce printing and duplication of documents;
- Liaising with Client representatives and Alltype Project managers to resolve MDR queries;
- Performing general administration tasks as requested.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in reading and understanding inspection and test plans (ITPs), technical drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication detailing;
- Motivated and a team player;
- Advanced Level Competency with Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro;
- High attention to detail;
- Experience in the Oil and Gas or Mining industry is desirable.
This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will possess a strong background in quality control and administration.
