Job Title: Governance and Assurance Administrator
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
General Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the governance and risk administration team.
- Handle ERP order entry, receiving, and information extraction for team members.
- Direct enquiries to the appropriate team member (internal and external).
- Organise and maintain correspondence and filing systems.
- Prepare and process relevant documentation.
- Take minutes and offer practical administration support.
Assurance Support:
- Assist with data entry and gathering for month-end reporting.
- Support the administration of the assurance program through data entry and report generation.
- Assist with scheduling and logistics support for audit programs.
- Input audit reports into the document management system.
- Schedule management review meetings.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers.
Systems & Subscription Administration:
- Provide basic support and user administration of key systems.
- Administer safety and environment bulletin subscriptions.
- Administer GRA intranet SharePoint site.
Document Management Support:
- Facilitate overdue document review meetings.
- Offer word processing support for updating document formatting and templates.
- Undertake quality control checks on submitted documents.
- Provide ad-hoc support for users of the document management system.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Knowledge of governance and assurance processes is advantageous.
