About the Role

As a Support Coordinator, you will provide individual and group support to students to maximise their engagement with education and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify barriers to young people achieving outcomes and refer them to appropriate services.
  • Maintain records of student contact on a daily basis.
  • Support students to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor post-program support as required to meet performance criteria.

It is a requirement for this role that the position be filled by an Aboriginal person or a Torres Strait Islander person. Verification of heritage may be requested from applicants.
