Average salary for this position is approximately $70,000 per year. Benefits include complimentary meal tickets, parking, and discounts on spa treatments, dining, and accommodation.

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Friendly reception services skills to assist staff, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Contract coordination and work order management expertise.
  • Experience in managing service and maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Ability to facilitate contractor sign-ins and access control.
  • Accurate processing of accounts payable documents.
  • General administration support skills to keep the Property Services department running smoothly.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in the construction or hospitality industry.
  • Financial administration experience and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
