Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be able to run all of our accounts, payroll, tax, security (company and subcontractor), send out subcontractor final payment deeds, and provide cash flow for the business.

About the Role
  • The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing using Jobpac software or similar.
  • Key responsibilities include process management accounts, reconcile accounts, provide cash flow for the business, prepare company financials, tax compliance, and work with external accountants.
  • The ideal candidate will also address payroll-related inquiries, assist with year-end payroll processing, and ensure seamless integration with accounting and HR systems.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [Salary $80,000 - $110,000] per annum based on the level of experience.
  • Experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role is essential.
  • Construction industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Jobpac software or similar is required.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including PAYG, Superannuation, and other statutory requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address employee queries professionally.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
