Job Title: Chris21 Payroll Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at TAPS. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and be able to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process fortnightly and monthly payroll for up to 500+ employees
  • Manage payroll service desk enquirers and incoming calls
  • Interpret relevant awards and multiple enterprise bargaining agreements
  • Construct reports and provide payroll/ HR insights
  • Manage system issues promptly aligned with company standards and policies
  • Support the Payroll Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Chris 21/iChris experience is ESSENTIAL
  • At least 2 -5 years' end to end payroll processing experience
  • Must have strong Excel Skills - Pivot Table & V-LOOKUPS
  • Understanding, interpreting and applying relevant legislation
  • Calculation of payroll tax and superannuation
