
Vital Customer Experience Specialist

About the Position:
- This is a pivotal role where you will serve as the initial point of contact for all customers, providing exceptional support to our Optometrists with pre-testing and frame styling advice. You will also be responsible for dispensing glasses with various lens options and creating a positive customer experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 months optical experience and retail/customer service expertise is required. A Cert IV Dispensing qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- You should be passionate about developing meaningful connections and contributing to eye health in the wider community.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
- You should be able to build strong relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together.
