We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior & Principal Tailings Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on diverse projects across various commodities and clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide technical direction for tailings design studies, including reviewing work and technical deliverables.
- Interface with client leads and external subject matter experts to provide complex recommendations and conflict resolution.
- Lead risk assessments, including Quantitative Risk Assessment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.
- Bachelor of Engineering Qualifications in Civil or Mining Engineering.
- Proven working experience on tailings/mine waste related projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently autonomously and in a team environment, including on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
