Disability Employment Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Employment Consultant. As part of our APM team, you will play a vital role in empowering people with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

This full-time position is based at our Bundaberg site, where you will be working closely with job seekers and employers to create sustainable employment opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills and abilities to secure employment
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Creating and implementing joint job plans to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organisations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary and Benefits
