Job Summary

This full-time role is fixed term until September 2025. Based in the Sunshine Coast region, you will engage with employers and apprentices to improve retention rates and support stakeholders.

You will have regular daily travel to successfully support all relevant stakeholders. This position requires competitive salary and benefits package including company car + fuel card, paid parental leave, retail discounts, annual day off, flexible work arrangements, training opportunities, career progression, and employee assistance program.

About You
  • Qualifications in social work, counselling, or psychology;
  • Formal studies in coaching or mentoring;
  • Experience in social sciences, behavioural sciences, youth work, or community development and services;
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Ability to obtain Working With Children Check and National Police Check;
