We're seeking a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for residential real estate and project launches.

The role involves leading marketing efforts for new residential projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and seamless project launches.

This is a hands-on, strategic position where you'll lead marketing strategy and execution for residential real estate projects from concept to launch.

You will act as a primary client contact, managing weekly communications and campaign updates, develop compelling pitch documents and presentations under tight deadlines, coordinate digital and print media campaigns, on-site display suites, and event activations.

Key responsibilities include providing clear guidance to clients on marketing requirements and associated costs, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Executive for campaign support and execution, and contributing to a wide variety of project tasks with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential real estate marketing or comparable real estate field
  • Background in either client-side or agency-side marketing
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, especially in launching new property developments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools for document creation and presentation
  • Experience with event planning and execution is a plus
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
