We are seeking a skilled field service technician to support our customers by performing equipment installations, validations, service, and repair for all ranges of STERIS equipment within assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical service functions for equipment.
- Perform equipment installations, preventive maintenance, validations, and repair of equipment and products in the field as assigned.
- Provide quality product support to customers through visits, telephone calls, or email.
- Conduct in-service sessions for customers and assist with product clinical trials demonstrating applications related to systems, accessories, and techniques.
- Deliver superior customer after-sales support.
- A trade certificate or technical diploma with strong hands-on technical service experience.
- A restricted electrical license.
- Experience in troubleshooting, repair, modify, overhaul, or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment and systems components.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within New South Wales.
