Technician Role in Equipment Installation and Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Field Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems at customer locations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Installing, configuring, and testing equipment at customer sites
  2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or software issues
  3. Performing scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs
  4. Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
  5. Managing inventory of tools, spare parts, and service kits
  6. Maintaining technical knowledge of company products
  7. Maintaining working knowledge of compliance requirements
  8. Educating customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
  9. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards

You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Warehouse teams to deliver products to customers. You will travel to customer sites across Sydney and report directly to the Service Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience servicing and installing gaming machines, a current Gaming Machine Technician Licence and a valid driver's license. MS Office skills and physical ability to perform manual handling and stand for long periods of time are also essential.
