Job Description
We're seeking a driven Senior Software Engineer to join our Product and Technology team. This role will contribute to the overall software landscape for the Flight Centre Global Supply businesses, utilizing extensive software development skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy backend microservices hosted in Azure Cloud using .Net, C#, and Terraform.
- Create and maintain IT architecture, large-scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.
- Build scalable deployment pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Participate in code reviews with other engineers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain and improve documentation across code bases, architectures, and knowledge bases.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience as a .net software engineer.
- Previous experience as a Backend Engineer.
- Experience with Azure Cloud components, including Azure Functions, Container applications, Document DB, MS SQL, Blob containers, Service Bus, and APIM.
- Proven experience in building user-friendly, responsive web applications for desktop and mobile.
- Proficiency in .Net/C# coding, unit-testing, debugging, and automation techniques.
