Job Title: Club Duty Manager Full Time Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

About The Job

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Club, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance are upheld.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Club.
  • Direct and manage team members duties and performance.
  • Monitor and manage service delivery, compliance, and incident response inclusive of team members, patrons & contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and relevant legislation at all times.
  • Handle patron enquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Liaise with senior management to execute operational initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a management role in hospitality or licensed venues.
  • Current NSW RSA & ARCG accreditation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Sound knowledge of club operations, customer service, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm confidence.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
