Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering hospitality project in Australia. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office operations and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

You will assist the Front Office Manager in pre-opening setup, including setting up kiosk check-in, designing lobby flow, and implementing operational standards. This is a full-time role that requires collaboration, leadership, and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have proven hotel experience in a Front Office leadership role and will be able to lead confidently and calmly, fostering a positive and inclusive culture where people feel cared for and empowered.
