Corporate Risk and Compliance Expert

As a Governance, Risk and Controls Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping Australian Financial Services organisations strengthen their governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
Key responsibilities include partnering with clients on large transformation programs to mitigate regulatory risks, developing risk management strategies to drive compliance and improve existing processes, and leading engagement management for internal audit engagements.
With a strong understanding of the financial services regulatory environment, you will advise organisations on implementing effective controls to mitigate key risks and deliver compelling insights into their control environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience working with major financial institutions (preferably banking) on large-scale transformation programs.
- Delivered improvements to risk, regulatory, and compliance outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading internal audit engagements and managing relationships at the account level.
