Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for executing small paid projects from conception to completion.

  • Project Management: Define project scope and quote on the work.
  • Collaboration: Work with other engineers or service delivery teams to facilitate necessary works.
  • Time and Documentation Management: Track time accurately and create detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions and configurations.
  • Client Interface: Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience as a Network Administrator.
  • Strong understanding and experience working with VOIP platforms such as Teams, 3CX, Genesys PureCloud, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and Enghouse Touchpoint.
  • Understanding of Session Border Controller platforms such as Audiocodes, Ribbon, Cisco.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • A quick learner with the willingness to learn and study in your own time to further your career.
  • Solid experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a Managed Services, Projects, or Professional Services environment.
