
Payroll Implementation Specialist

A critical role in the delivery of successful payroll implementations, where you will be involved in every stage of the implementation lifecycle—from gathering client requirements and configuring solutions to leading complex testing processes and managing stakeholder expectations.
The key responsibilities include mentoring consultants, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery.
About YouTo excel in this position, you should possess a strong technical and functional understanding of Dayforce HCM. This includes excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation is highly desirable, particularly with a proven ability to deliver successful Payroll solutions.
- Business process mapping and modelling expertise is essential, enabling you to identify opportunities to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
- A commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance is vital, ensuring all implementations meet industry standards.
- Leadership skills are required to lead client workshops and meetings, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions with confidence.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are crucial for fostering trust and collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to provide guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders, solidifying your position as a 'go-to' resource for Payroll.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrates a strong foundation for strategic consulting and leadership.
