Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead our Digital Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full and complete leadership and management of project teams delivering multiple small, large and complex programs at the sector level and enterprise wide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio project and project team leadership within a large scale complex matrixed organisation. They will also have a well-developed working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Suite, as well as demonstrated experience with project excellence, governance, risk management with strong commercial acumen.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Maintain and Optimise the Digital Project Portfolio:
  • Implement and Drive Continuous Improvement in Project Management Standards:
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to Prioritise and Balance Project Manager Loads:
  • Provide Regular, Comprehensive Reporting on Project Status:
  • Manage Resource Utilisation and Identify Risks:
  • Ensure Adherence to All ISO and Compliance Frameworks:
