Centre Director Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to helm our Brisbane-based Goodstart Early Learning Centre. As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing centre operations, guiding educators, and driving quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality early childhood education programs in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
  • Foster a talented team of early learning professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building attendance pipelines and ensuring revenue growth

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
  • Proven ability to deliver integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management expertise
