About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Ovolo Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with their entire dining experience, from greeting them to ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay
  • Familiarize yourself with our restaurant products and services, including menus, wine lists, and other beverages
  • Ensure awareness of all dietary requirements to provide guests with accurate information about menu offerings
  • Demonstrate high levels of service and respond promptly and politely to all requests
  • Encourage feedback from guests to update and maintain guest history records, enabling us to anticipate their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with local knowledge and trends to provide guests with recommendations and insights
  • Work proactively to maintain high standards and procedures, including introducing yourself to guests and interacting with them on a personalized basis
About You

We are looking for a hard-working individual who is not afraid to jump in and help where needed. Ideally, you will have a Food and Beverage background with knowledge of restaurant operations, but if you come with the right attitude, we are happy to train you. You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. We require flexibility in your availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
