We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team as a Casual Food and Beverage Attendant at Ovolo Group, a lifestyle brand with hotels and restaurants across Hong Kong, Australia, and Indonesia.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Familiarize yourself with our restaurant products and services, including menus, wine lists, and other beverages.
  • Stay aware of all dietary requirements to provide guests with accurate information about menu offerings.
  • Demonstrate high levels of service, prompt, efficient, and polite responses to all requests.
  • Encourage feedback from guests, update and maintain guest history records, and anticipate their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and be proactive in your approach to the job.

About You:

  • You're a hard-working individual who's not afraid to jump in and help where needed.
  • You have a Food and Beverage background with knowledge of restaurant operations, or you're willing to learn.
  • You have a valid RSA or are willing to obtain one prior to starting.
  • You're flexible with your availability and willing to work various shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • You have good communication skills and can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
