Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Ovolo Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with their entire dining experience, from greeting and seating to taking orders and ensuring their needs are met.
- Familiarize yourself with our restaurant products and services, including menus, wine lists, and other beverages.
- Ensure awareness of all dietary requirements to provide guests with accurate information about menu offerings.
- Demonstrate high levels of service and respond promptly and efficiently to all requests.
- Encourage feedback from guests and update guest history records to anticipate their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with local knowledge and trends to provide guests with expert recommendations.
- Work proactively within specific standards and procedures to deliver exceptional service.
We are looking for a hard-working individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you will have a Food and Beverage background with knowledge of restaurant operations. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply. You will need to be flexible with your availability and willing to work various shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
