Horizon Expansion Specialist

The Horizon expansion team leads the strategic development of our offerings beyond core security, encompassing cloud protection, identity safeguarding, advanced threat detection through Falcon Complete, and professional services.

The Horizon Practice Lead for Corporate Sales enhances our ability to grow, position, sell, and maintain security business across APJ.

You will collaborate with regional corporate sales, sales engineering, marketing, product development, and services to execute Horizon sales playbooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an inspiring thought leader within the business and in the customer and partner community, driving the platform-based proposition with a focus on the Horizon solution set
  • Collaborate with country leaders and regional corporate sales directors to ensure alignment and focused engagement across the Horizon portfolio
  • Provide influence and direction to specialist sales teams across APJ, orchestrating resources to maximise market impact
  • Partner with customers to understand business challenges and architect value-driven solutions integrated into strategic roadmaps
  • Work within a matrixed environment providing direction to product line leaders within APJ
  • Foster strong partnerships with core sellers, equipping them to position Horizon technologies and close opportunities
  • Deliver compelling training to internal teams on effectively positioning Horizon products
  • Channel customer feedback to Product Management to influence feature development and roadmap priorities
  • Stay informed about our vision, product roadmaps and the threat landscape

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity technology sales leadership or equivalent in hyper-growth SaaS-based platforms
  • Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrix environments
  • Operational excellence in driving sales pipeline and orchestrating engagement with internal and external corporate sales teams
  • Experience communicating with and advising C-suite, senior management, and analyst/architect-level customers
  • Demonstrated success selling security or complex SaaS at the C-Suite and senior management levels
  • Exceptional presentation skills for virtual and in-person delivery
  • High energy, charismatic personality with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology strongly preferred
