
Office Receptionist

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our office operations team as a Receptionist.
As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the appearance of our office spaces, and assisting with general property maintenance and upkeep.
Your primary duties will include:
- Receiving and directing visitors, phone calls, and mail
- Managing stock levels of office supplies
- Preparing keys for settlement collection and maintaining the purchaser register
- Arranging couriers as needed
- Collecting and dropping off mail, distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous front office reception experience
