Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team in Chatswood, NSW. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing programs for the Toddler Room, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement programs for the Toddler Room, aligning with our educational philosophy and policies.
  • Supervise and mentor educators in the room, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, fostering a sense of community and partnership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and relevant First Aid Certificates.
  • Bilingual Mandarin speaking applicants preferred.
  • Previous experience in Early Childhood Education, with a focus on leadership and program development.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

Working Conditions
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday.
