About the Role

For Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Room Team Leader to join our team in a busy medical practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the provision of services within the treatment room and assisting healthcare professionals with clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the treatment room, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct a range of clinical duties, including health assessments, immunisations, and assisting with procedures.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
  • Triage patients and assist healthcare professionals with procedures.
  • Build relationships with patients to create a positive and welcoming experience.

About You:

We are looking for a registered nurse with prior experience in general practice or an acute setting. Previous experience leading a successful team is highly regarded, but we will support you with further development if required.

You will be passionate about healthcare and improving the lives of those in our community. You will play a key role in our medical centre team and evolving business, with the initiative to make decisions and work independently when required.
