About the Role
- Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance and achieve successful outcomes.
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop viable solutions.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new career paths.
- Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Develop graduated return-to-work plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals.
What You Will Need
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiology.
- Full AHPRA or ESSA Registration.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- A commitment to excellence, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
