Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting worksite functional, ergonomic, and equipment home assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing strategies to overcome them.
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Designing and implementing programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.
  • Collaborating with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Full registration with AHPRA and unrestricted Australian working rights.
