We seek a passionate and driven Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our expanding Tasmanian team based in Hobart.

This collaborative and rewarding role requires you to:

  • Assist individuals with injury or illness recovery, return to work and life;
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios;
  • Support people to recover and return to pre-injury employment using clinical skills and knowledge;
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders for positive client outcomes.

About You:

  • Hold a qualification as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership);
  • Demonstrate a desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
  • Possess current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
  • Show exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Exhibit honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach; and
  • Commit to continuous improvement.
