Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Hobart. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational rehabilitation and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver holistic, client-centered services to assist injured workers in returning to work.
  • Conduct early intervention and psychological worksite assessments to identify and address potential barriers to return-to-work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical professionals, insurers, and employers, to develop and implement effective case management plans.
  • Provide vocational assessments, rehabilitation counseling, and motivational support to help clients achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A go-getter attitude, taking pride in delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current driver's license and vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
