Job Title: Senior Business Strategist

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and driven professional to lead the development of business strategies in a high-performing property investment team.

About the Role:
  • To develop and implement detailed financial models and feasibility analyses for property acquisitions and developments.
  • To prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • To conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to support investment strategy.
  • To assist in due diligence processes, including legal, planning, and financial reviews.
  • To monitor project performance and provide ongoing analysis and reporting.
  • To collaborate with development, finance, and external consultants to support project delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • 2–5 years' experience in property investment, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in real estate or property development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Property, Economics, or a related discipline.
