Role Overview
Quality Assurance Professional
Join our team as a Quality Assurance Professional responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in food production. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and engage production staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and quality standards around production lines.
- Conduct daily checks and line-walks to ensure compliance with critical control points, quality control procedures, and X-Ray checks.
- Conduct internal audits to verify quality and production processes.
- Assist the quality manager with internal and external audits.
- Maintain site document control and procedures to ensure operational procedures comply with established practices and standards.
- Provide training on food safety and quality to production staff.
- Verify the level of training of all staff is sufficient in food production and that personnel responsible for food safety have the appropriate skills and knowledge.
- Investigate non-conformances and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Advise production and management on quality performance and systems.

- Prior experience in a similar role or related field.
- Initiative and energy to deliver results within deadlines.
- A strong passion for quality and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to drive a quality culture and support the operations team through processes.
